DICKSON, OKLAHOMA: A relative has shot and killed a pet monkey that went after a lady in her front yard, slicing her ear down the middle and ripping off her hair. Brittany Parker was inside her home in Dickson, Oklahoma, when she saw a monkey endeavoring to enter the structure from the patio.
From the start, it just appeared to be interested. “I had really FaceTimed some family and I was like, ‘look there’s a monkey,'” Parker said. “He was pacing back and afterward he was leaping off of my railing and hitting my tempest entryway,” KXII detailed.
‘The monkey was attempting to get into my home’ “The monkey was attempting to get into my home,” Parker told FOX 25. “The little button that you push in on the screen entryway, he severed it. I was in a real sense clinging to my entryway attempting to hold it shut.” She needed to contact 911 as the monkey started acting forcefully and destroying segments of the entryway as she endeavored to keep it out.
‘Monkeys are not something typical for us’ Tim Duncan, the head of police in Dickson, guaranteed that in his 20 years in policing, has gotten various calls about creatures running free, yet never about a monkey.
Officials weren’t sure they had perceived the call accurately, as indicated by Duncan. “It’s Oklahoma, it works out,” Duncan expressed, as per the report. “We get creature related calls constantly. It’s something that we manage, it’s simply that monkeys are not something ordinary for us.”
A Carter County woman says she was attacked by a neighbor’s pet monkey while in her own front yard on Sunday afternoon.

‘He removed my ear totally from my head’ The monkey, as indicated by Parker, had quieted down and was acting pleasantly as the cops showed up. From that point forward, she and her youngster went out. Parker was gone after by the monkey as she left. “He hopped up on my back and arrived on my head,” Parker told a neighborhood media source. “He began getting modest bunches of hair and just tore it out. He removed my ear totally from my head.”
Two shots were discharged The monkey pursued off soon the assault and Parker was taken to the clinic and offered a rabies chance. “As we were searching for the primate, two shots were discharged,” Dickson police boss Tim Duncan said. “The shots came from the region of the casualty’s home. Officials returned to the house and found that a relative of the casualty shot and killed the primate.”
“It was all extremely unnerving,” Parker said. “It was very damaging.” Parker can’t work in light of her physical issue and the assault has left her stressed for her family as her child loves to play outside. The proprietor of the cash whose name hasn’t been delivered has said his name was Jack. Agents say they will give the case to the lead prosecutor.
